After acquiring approximately 288 acres in Davenport for $51.8 million, Pulte Homes is preparing Aquarama: more than 1,000 planned townhomes and single-family vacation homes designed for short-term rental ownership. Model homes are expected in late 2026, with a planned grand opening in early 2027.

PulteGroup is the nation's third-largest homebuilder and is behind Central Florida vacation-home communities including Windsor Island and Windsor Cay. Aquarama is positioned as the next large-scale chapter in that resort-rental model—giving investors the foundation for a professionally managed, high-performance vacation-rental operation. Actual performance will depend on the home, market conditions and management.
